Joe Daly

Board Director, Chief Executive Officer

Joe is an owner and also the son of retired Board Director Patrick Daly Sr. He currently serves as Board Director, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Joe has played an active role in the company since 2010 when he started as an Assistant General Manager. In his current role, his focus is on deal-structuring, finance, and executive oversight over the company's profitability, long-term vision, and leadership team. Joe grew up in Danville, VA, and holds a degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. Joe brings several years of experience in operations, sales and marketing, and leadership. He currently resides in Cary with his wife and 3 children. When he isn't actively participating in his children's activities, you can find him on the golf course, giving back to his community and supporting organizations which are near and dear to his heart.

Michelle Armenteros

Vice President - Design, Renovations, Maintenance & HR

Michelle is an Owner and the daughter of Daly Seven President/Board Member Shelayne Daly Sutton. She currently serves as the Vice President of Design, Renovations, Maintenance and Human Resources. In this role, she leads the Interior Design team, serves as a liaison to hotel brands, acts as a Construction Project Manager for hotel renovations, manages hotel maintenance, and takes care of people-related duties at Daly Seven. Michelle grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and received degrees from the University of Virginia (BS in Commerce; Marketing and Management) and the University of Texas at Austin (MBA). She brings several years of experience within sales and marketing/brand management. She is proud to be a working mom and an avid community volunteer.

Ryan Daly

Ryan is an Owner and son of Daly Seven President/Board Member Bob Daly. He currently serves as Corporate Director of Sales. In this role, he assists with the leadership of the Sales, Revenue Management, and Ecommerce teams. Ryan grew up in Raleigh, NC, and received a BS from East Carolina University in Recreation and Park Management. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife Melinda, and their two dogs, playing golf, and attending sporting events.

Allie Kleinman

Director of Human Resources

Allie is the daughter of Daly Seven President/Board Member Charisse Daly Kleinman. In her role as the Human Resources Manager, she serves as a strategic business partner. She leads management-level recruiting, new-hire onboarding, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. Allie grew up in Greensboro, NC, and received degrees from Wake Forest University (BA in Communication; Journalism and Entrepreneurship) and New York University (MS in Hospitality). She is passionate about employee experience and organizational behavior. When she isn’t managing people operations, Allie enjoys volunteering in her community with the Junior League, reading, spending time with her niece and nephew, and playing with her miniature Goldendoodle, Remy.

Stan Webb

Vice President, Auditing and Purchasing

Stan Webb earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Virginia Tech. He went on to work for companies that included Borel Restaurants, Econo Lodge, Lynchburg College and Virginia Tech Dining Services, and Mycor Hotel Management. Along the way, he proudly served six years in the Naval Reserve and earned a BS in Accounting.

In 1993 was hired by Daly Seven to serve as General Manager of then Innkeeper Lynchburg. His career advanced with Daly Seven to include Regional Supervisor and Controller, until landing his current position as Vice President of Purchasing and Auditing. His primary areas of responsibilities include Supply/Vending Management, Service Contracts, Telecom and Property Management Systems, and Auditing Operational Financials.

In his downtime, you will find him on a 7 mile morning run with an hour in the gym followed by a day of landscaping. Stan and his wife Teresa enjoy long walks on the beach.

Noel Anderson

In-House Counsel & Director of Real Estate

Noel Anderson joined Daly Seven in May 2017 as In-House Counsel and Assistant Real Estate Director and was promoted to In-House Counsel & Real Estate Director in December 2020. Noel advises the Board of Directors on acquisition and development opportunities, negotiates terms, and maintains relationships with Daly Seven’s lending partners. Noel is licensed to practice law and counsels Daly Seven on a wide range of legal issues.

Noel is also a North Carolina-licensed real estate broker. Noel received his Bachelor of Science from NC State University where he graduated with honors in Sport Management. Noel also received his Master’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from NC State University. After working in the sports marketing field for 5 years, Noel attended law school at Campbell University where he was a Merit Scholar and received numerous academic awards. During law school, Noel gained valuable work experience through internships at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Duke Energy, Toshiba, and Quintiles.

Noel is an active member of the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. When Noel is not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their four children, volunteering at church, attending sporting events, or exercising.

Tom graduated from Bodley High School in Fulton, New York, and studied auto mechanics at Phoenix Technical Career Center. Tom worked for Chesapeake Packaging for 16 years along with running a part-time renovation business. In 2007, Tom moved to Virginia where he took his part-time renovation business, Palamar Renovations, to a full-time job as an owner/operator. In 2010, Tom closed his business and began working for Daly Seven on a renovation crew. Tom was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor over the traveling maintenance department in 2011 and then promoted to Director of Maintenance in 2013.

Caroline Mason

Director of Design and Insurance

Caroline Mason serves as Director of Design and Insurance. She grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from Salem College with a Bachelors of Arts in interior design and a minor in art history. While at Salem, she interned at Hayden Design where she gained valuable commercial design experience. Caroline joined Daly Seven, Inc. in 1997 working with Mr. Philip Daly, Sr. on his new construction projects and later dedicated her time to design work for the Daly Seven siblings. She manages the design and insurance department with perseverance and optimism. Caroline has been involved in many renovation projects that have won franchise design awards for Daly Seven. As a working mom, Caroline stays busy volunteering with her children's school and their activities.

Brett Bambalis

Quality Assurance Specialist

Brett earned a double major from East Carolina University (BS in Hospitality Management, BS in Business Administration). With an extensive background in hospitality, Brett joined Daly Seven, Inc. in 2006 as the Food & Beverage Director for the Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro, NC. He was promoted in 2010 to GM of the Holiday Inn Express Archdale, NC where he won numerous awards over a 9-year period - including IHG Torchbearer Awards, IHG Quality Excellence Awards, and Daly Seven White Glove Awards. His career advanced in 2019 to Quality Assurance Specialist, where he leads hotel inspections, company training programs and service contracts. Brett also oversees 3 properties as the Regional Director of Operations. In his downtime, you will find him fishing on the lake, working around the house, or exercising.

John Lynch

Director Of Hotel Operations

John joined Daly Seven, Inc. in 2012 as the General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Huntersville, NC. There he used his Leadership Skills and a solid belief in Teamwork, developed as a Squad Leader in the US Army-82nd Airborne, to motivate his Team to provide excellence in Customer Service.
John truly believes the only thing that separates hotels these days is the level of Service Provided and Memorable Moments we create for our guests. Together with his Team and this attitude, the Hampton Inn & Suites Huntersville has achieved Eight (8) consecutive Lighthouse Awards.
John was promoted to Regional Director of Operations in 2018 and currently works with properties in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He continues to preach Customer Service and going the extra step to his expanded Team.

Rebecca Paradis

Director Of Hotel Operations

As Director of Hotel Operations for Daly Seven Hotels, Rebecca oversees the operations of a multi-brand portfolio of 19 hotels across the North Carolina and Virginia region. Rebecca has over 19 years of hospitality management experience, including 6 years with Daly Seven Hotels. Her progressive career mobility has sparked a passion for employee development and mentorship. Rebecca remains inspired by her property teams and strongly believes that an empowered and engaged workforce can consistently deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Rebecca received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC while starring on the women’s basketball team. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys a motivating ride on her Peloton, cheering alongside her husband at her kids’ soccer matches and swim meets, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Michelle Blanchard

Senior Corporate Director of Sales

Michelle joined the Daly Seven team shortly after their acquisition of the Hampton Inn, centrally located in Raleigh. Her outstanding commitment to customer relations, company values and navigating industry trends quickly led to her current role where she continues to thrive as the Senior Corporate Director of Sales. Michelle's steadfast and attentive leadership of the Sales, Revenue Management and eCommerce functional groups directly impacts the success of her team, allowing Daly Seven to positively affect change and growth within all 3 major brands.

As a Wake Forest resident, Michelle spends down time enjoying the sights and excitement of a rapidly expanding township with her husband, daughter and 3 dogs. She actively seeks opportunities to give back to the community she is grateful to call home, and is affiliated with several organizations supporting and empowering the underserved.

Philip Zanzano

Philip Zanzano joined Daly Seven in 2013 as General Manager at the Hampton Inn RDU airport, he brings over 20 years of experience in operations and Revenue management. Philip graduated from Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington North Carolina. Philip uses his experience to lead General Managers to reach their highest potential while increasing guest scores and increasing profitability at the hotels. He believes in never putting off for tomorrow what you can accomplish today. His biggest accomplishment in life is raising his two daughters, he enjoys spending time coaching youth sports.

Jeanna Hoffman

Regional Director of Operations

Jeanna Hoffman has been in hospitality for over 20 years. She came to Daly Seven in 2002 as a General Manager. She became a Regional Director of Operations in 2011. In this role, she has been instrumental in the opening of two properties, increasing service scores, ensuring the hotels are profitable, meeting brand standards and supporting her properties during renovations. As an RDO, Jeanna supervises eight properties for Daly Seven. She believes in hard work, treating others fairly, being honest and expecting the best. She enjoys watching employees blossom into leaders of Daly Seven.

Logan Singleton

Regional Director of Operations

Logan, a graduate of Roanoke College with a bachelor’s degree in sports and business management, began his hospitality career with Daly Seven in October 2017 as AGM at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Roanoke, Va. Logan then relocated when he was promoted to General Manager in July 2018 where he took over the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Richmond Va. In October of 2020, Logan moved onto a larger Marriott property in a new market as General Manager of the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Charlottesville, Va. He assumed his current role as Regional Director of Operations where he oversees properties in Richmond, Charlottesville, Danville, and the greater Durham area. Logan is a sports enthusiast who loves competition and team development. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and playing sports of all kinds.

Both are a testament to his outstanding performance and dedication to hospitality excellence. His prowess as a solid team builder has been evident, fostering cohesive and high-performing teams that drive success across the organization. His leadership, passion, and unwavering commitment to Daly Seven make him an exemplary leader to spearhead our operations regionally.
